Beckenbauer: Hommls can go to England because of his age!


Hinted the German football legend Franz Beckenbauer on Thursday that defender Mats Hummels Borussia Dortmund, arrived at the right age to leave the ranks of his current team and join another club in England.
The owner of the 26-year-old Homils, has repeatedly vowed to survival in the ranks of Dortmund, but admitted this week for the first time that it would consider the options in front of him at the end of the current season.
The name has been associated Homils much to join the ranks of Manchester United, Beckenbauer believes that this is the right time for the German international player to move to the Premier League.
Beckenbauer told the newspaper Bild German Thursday that "the age of 26 years is the appropriate age for Homils to take the decision to move to England, I can well understand his thinking."
Beckenbauer and spent 13 years at Bayern Munich, the current leader of the German league, but he pointed out that he was very close to joining the ranks of Inter Milan in a similar age to the age of Homils.
Beckenbauer said: "We have signed a contract in principle to move to Inter, but things have stalled in the end after Italy closed the door to foreign players to play in the Italian league."
It is noteworthy that contract Homils, who took over the captaincy in Dortmund last summer, ending in 2017.
