Coach Harry Redknapp admitted he thought he serves as artistic director of the English football team before being appointed Roy Hodgson in office.
Said Redknapp, who left training Queens Park Rangers last February, in an interview to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) that he saw that his training England will be decided in May / May 2012.
Redknapp added, "In all honesty, I thought that's for sure .. I would be lying if I sat here and I said anything other than that. Roy even think that my appointment is uncertain. But this did not happen, so is life, and did not sleep Ajavina because of this. He (Hodgson) coach rattling undoubtedly.
But Redknapp confirmed that he was probably Hodgson fits more with the special requirements of this position, "I think Roy was more appropriate to me for the job .. perhaps more willing to go to St. George's Park and spend more time in the FA. He pointed out that Redknapp believes that England has talented players more than most of the other teams and can coronation European Championship (Euro 2016).
It was Redknapp / 68 years / have attributed the reason for his departure from Queens Park Rangers to the problems experienced by the knee, but he revealed in an interview for the BBC that some of the events behind the scenes played a key role in making his decision.
Redknapp said "behind the scenes, I always think that one or two people to have private agendas .. There was talk about the arrival of (coach) Tim Sherwood. The newspapers talk about Queens Park Rangers every day. My name has been linked with several clubs including the big clubs and nothing happened .. This raised Aspeta. This was the most difficult problem for me.
